A CHINESE CLASSIC, A FRESH LITTLE TWIST.

So, what is
tanghulu?

Tanghulu (糖葫芦) is a traditional Chinese fruit snack. Fresh fruit is threaded onto a bamboo skewer and coated in a thin layer of hard sugar candy. Bite through the delicate crunch to the juicy fruit inside.

We’re bringing strawberry, green grape, and mixed-fruit tanghulu to food festivals and weekend markets. Just something delicious to share, one stick at a time.
